Hey everyone, thank you for checking out this part of my website, which is usually the boring stuff. So let me make it MORE interesting!
Recruitment process is brutal! I have seen candidates being rejected for most silly things like font, grammar, template of the CV, pictures, hobbies...
Did you know that CV screening phase is the most scary part of the whole recruitment process? We review CV within 5 seconds and we have over 80-90% rejection rate there. But we are also humans and we tend to make mistakes occasionally.
Your job is to make this 5 second a journey that will excites any recruiter or hiring manager into you!

Let me be clear. Applying for the job is not a task. It is a skill set, that anyone can learn. The sooner you do, the sooner your career and money will accelerate!

My Approach

The whole reason why I wanted to share my service is that many of my candidates are frustrated with a lack of constructive feedback, understanding of where they can improve and what recruiters and managers are lowkey looking for within the candidate.

The truth is, you will not get that information most of the time. It all comes down to the fact, that company policies restrict the amount of information that can be shared with the candidate. Also professional courtesy and politeness usually stand in the way of valuable constructive feedback.

If you check my LinkedIn recommendations, you will see one pattern. I am very transparent and direct. That's what I am offering to you!

I will give you raw feedback on how you come across, what decision makers might or might not like about your CV, interview answers or LinkedIn and how to use that psychology against them. Or maybe not against it, but in your favour!

Book a session now and learn the truth about the reality of recruitment!
